Dear Members,
We would like to inform you that, effective immediately, the Clarens Golf & Leisure Estate has suspended all spending account transactions. This includes the loading of credit for future use, as well as purchasing on credit. This change is due to an adjustment in our Accounts Department and is necessary for the smooth operation of our financial systems.
Members who currently have credit on their accounts may continue to use the remaining balance until it is depleted. However, we kindly request that any outstanding balances be settled by no later than 30th November 2024.
Please note, we will continue to accept both cash and card payments, as in the past, for any transactions moving forward.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this adjustment period.
